Cancellation Policy

* Appointments will be cancelled after being 15 minutes late. *Late fee of $10 will be applied if you are 10 minutes late *No refund for services paid will be given. *Full amount of service will be charged for no call no shows. *There will be a deposit of $15-$50 for the service requested. *No call No shows will pay full service price for rebooking. *All deposits are non refundable. *If client cancels in the 24 hour period or with reasonable explanation I will reschedule appointment one time only within 14 days of original appointment time and date. *ALL SUNDAY AND MONDAY APPOINTMENTS HAVE A $35 SERVICE FEE PER TREATMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED!
